Nicholas Sharpe This is the main hero of our game. A famous pirate's son living with his mother several miles from Portsmouth harbor and knowing nothing of his father, Nicholas dreams of becoming a captain. He is shipwrecked on his very first voyage, however, and becomes enslaved on a Spanish colonial plantation. Having managed a daring escape, he arrives at the island of Highrock in a two-masted brig where he hopes to get Letters of Marque and enter the service of England.
