A not-so-young governor who has been appointed to this post because he knows how to squeeze money out of those who have been placed under his power. Despite being arrogant, self-conceited, and having several limitations, de Bijou is not really the worst person on the archipelago. And apart from that, he has an extremely beautiful daughter.
