James D. Bulloch, secret agent of the Confederation, arrived to Liverpool with a mission to buy or build warships for the Confederate Navy in the United Kingdom. To complete his mission, he is provided with a budget of one million dollars.

The same year, Abraham Gray arrives to Havana. He is the man of shady past, even more shady present and unclear future. His will play the crucial part in great conflict between North and South and become the unknown hero of the American Civil War.
